Sato Takashi is a  Japanese landscape photographer.
He is a member of Japan Professional Photographers Society.
In order to capture the beauty of rural scenes of Japan, he extensively travels across the country sleeping in his car for weeks.
Numbers of photo exhibitions have been held in Japan including the 2014 exhibition titled “Landscape of Japanese Villages” at Fujifilm Square in Roppongi, Tokyo. In 2016, he was invited by the Museum of Montreal Botanical Garden which featured his work from May 15 to Oct. 31.Solo show will be held at Fujifilm Square in Roppongi, Tokyo in March, 2017.
He takes some dynamic landscapes, but mainly, he takes casual landscape like the landscape of village or  fields. He prefer to express the relationship between landscape and human life.
Because he takes landscape pictures, his picture mostly show blue color. Beautiful nature is seen in his pictures. As the element that make his picture attractive, he always has two main colors in his pictures. For example, the second picture has dark blue and white color. The simplicity of his color choice can make viewers concentrate on the picture more.
My photographs have some similarity to his work. I prefer to take dynamic landscape of nature, but also I like to take picture which shows people’s daily life. I would like to make my photo simple because if the photo is complicated, viewer may not concentrate what I want to express in the photo.
